  1. Who is Team Hillsdale Chrysler?
    Team Hillsdale Chrysler is a licensed dealer located in the state of Michigan. We operate out of our facility in Hillsdale, MI. We retail select vehicles to those who wish to shop and purchase vehicles traditionally, as well to those who prefer to transact through Internet and phone communications. We are one of the very first pioneers in offering vehicles through the Internet and have grown to be one of the most prominent auto dealers in the country.

  2. What are the sources for your vehicle inventory? We have many different sources for our inventory. We purchase our new Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles directly from Chrysler Corporation and from other Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealers. Other new vehicles we offer (Ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc...) are provided by reputable franchises of those respective manufacturers. Our used vehicles are purchased from dealer sales, auctions, off-lease sales, credit unions, banks, and individuals. The vehicles we offer will never be salvage-titled, rebuilt, reconstructed, or flood damaged unless specifically noted as such.

  6. I live out of state, but want to fly in and drive my new car back home. Can I?
    Yes. We have done this many times. Please make arrangement to fly into the Detroit airport, Toledo Airport, or Ft. Wayne Airport. If you let us know in advance, we can arrange to have the paperwork completed and arrange to have you picked up at the airport.

  7. What type of service do you perform on the vehicles prior to selling them?
    All cars are professionally cleaned before sale. If there are any mechanical issues noted during inspection, they are addressed before the car is sold. Any issues that we elect not to fix are disclosed in full upon request.
